360 Degree Team Review

The mandate for the new CIO coming on board was to rapidly improve the performance of his newly inherited team. CXO Science conducted a 360-degree peer-review survey of all managers and above in the IT function. This survey was used to identify future leaders, high potentials, and underperformers.
